Uncounted Openings

The counting of the openings of an email sent by Mailpro occurs when an image is opened. If a message has got no image, Mailpro adds an invisible, virtual image.

In order to protect their privacy, some people sometimes set up their email clients (webmail, etc.) so that they do not display images.

In this case, Mailpro cannot tell whether the person opened the mail or not.
